Work Out Tip #1: Have fun. Some people like to walk, run, play sports, take group classes, or go dancing. The type of activity is not as important as you doing something. If you are performing an activity that you really enjoy, you will be more likely to perform it with more intensity, more often, and for a longer period of time. Your work out should be something you look forward to not something you shy away from. In summary if you want to get in better shape find and perform an activity you enjoy.

Work Out Tip #2: Plan your Work Out time and type prior to the day you plan on working out. For example write down on Sunday all the days times and the type of workout you are going to perform Monday through Saturday. This will allow you to prepare not only physically, but also mentally. If you already know when, how, where, and what your exercise activity will be you will be more likely to perform it. Make sure the time at which you set to work out is a time that you will most likely not have a great deal of interruptions. If you wait till the end of the day, you maybe tired or frustrated by the happenings of the day. Therefore you will have more of an opportunity to think of excuses of why you a not able to work out.
